Since its inception in 1995, the company has built an extensive product portfolio of over 900 tile motifs and 2,000 variants, all manufactured under strict quality, environmental, and sustainability standards including SNI, ISO 13006, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Green Industry certifications.

With five strategically located production facilities in Banten, East Java, and South Sumatra, and a nationwide distribution network of 46 sub-distributors and over 35,000 retail outlets, the company ensures its products reach customers across even the most remote areas of Indonesia. As part of their continuous growth, they are looking for a technically skilled and results-driven Senior Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations in Serang, Banten.

Description
As the Senior Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the reliability and performance of all machinery and production equipment within the ceramic manufacturing plant. This role is key in ensuring smooth operations, reducing downtime, and implementing effective preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance
   Lead the maintenance and repair of ceramic production equipment.
   Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
   Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring failures.
   Manage critical spare parts inventory and ensure availability for timely repairs.
2. Maintenance Planning & Process Optimization
   Establish maintenance schedules and SOPs aligned with production needs.
   Optimize maintenance processes through lean strategies and energy-efficient initiatives.
   Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance work with operational targets.
   Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
   Supervise and lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
   Provide technical training, mentorship, and support for skills development.
   Foster a culture of safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance within the team.
3. Compliance & Safety Management
   Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and internal policies.
   Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for audits and reporting.

Profile
The successful candidate will bring:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in plant maintenance management, preferably within ceramic or tile manufacturing.
3. Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and production equipment troubleshooting.
4. Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
5. Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Willingness to be based in Serang, Banten, Indonesia.
