About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance professional to join our growing team at Moelti Lintas Transportasi Indonesia. In this full-time role based in Sukorejo District Pasuruan Regency East Java, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of our fleet of vehicles and related equipment
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and scheduled servicing
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, and work with the team to resolve them in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and priorities
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior maintenance staff, contributing to their professional development
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a senior maintenance role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of a wide range of vehicles and related equipment
• Understand the fundamentals of PLC operation (input, logic process, output)
• Must understand and be able to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams accurately
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address complex issues
• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation
