Lazada Group in Cimanggis (Depok) is seeking a strategic procurement leader to drive logistics category management and sourcing across warehouse leases, transportation, and capex. You will shape long-term category plans, lead competitive bidding, and ensure compliant procurement practices.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 4 years specifically in logistics-related categories (warehouse leasing, transportation/freight, construction/engineering, capex, MHE).
• Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management for contracts exceeding IDR 5 billion in annual spend.
• Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
• Track record of leading and developing procurement teams (2–5 direct/indirect reports) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for logistics procurement sub-categories.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing processes—from demand analysis, market intelligence, and RFx design through supplier selection and contract execution.
• Monitor Indonesia logistics and real estate market for pricing trends, new suppliers, and innovative solutions.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, SLAs, liability, and renewal clauses for high-value logistics contracts.
• Ensure contract governance with Legal/Compliance and milestone tracking (expiries, escalations, renewals).
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and drive year-over-year cost savings via bidding, restructuring, scope optimization, and value engineering.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to Country Head, Senior Management, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage supplier lifecycle and conduct periodic performance reviews; drive supplier development.
