Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Bekasi seeks a seasoned Senior Litigation Counsel to lead our corporate litigation efforts. You will shape strategies, oversee external counsel, and represent the company in civil and commercial disputes.

The role requires at least 8 years of civil and commercial litigation experience, a valid Indonesian license (Peradi), and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. You will advise business units, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements in mediation or arbitration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in Indonesia (Peradi).
• Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation cases.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies for a wide range of disputes.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation analysis to trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Oversee and direct external counsel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Advise business units on potential litigation risks and strategies for avoidance.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
