Job Description:
  1. Analyzing legal cases, giving opinions, and handling all legal cases involving the company.
  2. Being the coordinator and/or representative of the company in handling cases.
  3. Prepare documents needed both internally and externally.
  4. Create and prepare necessary legal documents.
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users.
  6. Represent the company to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities).
  7. Establish internal governance policies and conduct regular monitor compliance.
  8. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 5-year experience.
  2. Excellent teamwork.
  3. Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders. Able to communicate in English (written and oral) would be an advantage.
  4. Excellent legal analytical and commercial awareness skills.
  5. Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  6. Experience operating in ambiguous circumstances.
  7. Able to be proactive and take initiative.
