Are you an experienced travel professional ready to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Leisure Consultant to join our vibrant team. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with agents, designing bespoke travel proposals, and ensuring flawless execution of reservations — all while mentoring and leading by example within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly and expertly to incoming travel enquiries with a friendly and service-oriented approach.
• Design and tailor comprehensive travel packages aligned with client preferences and budgets, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
• Oversee reservations for hotels, suppliers, restaurants, and all components of holiday itineraries or pre-designed packages.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and maintain accurate and timely updates in operating systems, including passenger details and logistics.
• Maximize revenue by effectively upselling and recommending suitable tours and services.
• Proactively assist in resolving any guest issues professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners to guarantee smooth and timely bookings.
• Manage payments and deposits for non-credit bookings, liaising closely with the Accounting team.
• Issue invoices and follow up on payments to maintain strong financial control.
• Achieve a high conversion rate from enquiries to confirmed bookings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management, contributing to continuous team improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Languages, or related field is an advantage.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Deep destination and product knowledge of Indonesia’s diverse travel offerings.
• Proven experience in sales and tailor-made quotations within the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality sectors, preferably handling FIT and GIT reservations.
• Experience working with markets in the UK, USA, Europe, and Latin America is desirable.
• Familiarity with travel operating systems such as Travel Studio, Tourplan, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize competing tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant travel software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for teamwork and client interaction.
