Our client is a publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, restructured from several supply chain service units. Specializing in commodity procurement and global supply solutions, the company manages a diversified portfolio across plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural and forest products, and mechanical & electrical components. Key products include five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, and automobiles.
With its expansive presence and solid foundation, the company continues to grow its operations globally, offering strategic and sustainable supply chain solutions backed by compliance and legal integrity.
Draft, review, and revise contracts or agreements in both Mandarin and English, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with business interests.
Negotiate contractual terms and coordinate directly with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Provide ongoing legal support and advisory to internal departments regarding business process improvement, operational matters, and new product development.
Support in managing legal disputes and ensuring timely resolution through internal or external counsel coordination.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant government and institutional authorities.
Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of company-wide legal compliance policies, internal SOPs, and standard operational guidelines.
Support risk mitigation strategies and provide proactive legal insights for day-to-day business operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal, law firm, or in-house legal advisory role.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and commercial legal practices.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
Open to candidates from any industry background—experience in supply chain, trading, or manufacturing is a plus.
