Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in law firm or corporate legal.
• Having PERADI or CLA Certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law
2. Minimum 10 years of working experiences in law firm or corporate legal
3. Knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations
4. Having PERADI is an advantage
5. Having a CLA Certificate is an advantage
6. Experienced in construction and real estate
7. High standard of integrity and work commitment
8. Teamwork person, able to work accurately and under pressure
9. Proficient English skill both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

1. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics related to the business of the company and its affiliate (corporate law and other government regulations)
2. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
3. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
4. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights and objectives
5. Maintain knowledge on updates in legislation which relates to the organization
6. Manage the Legal Database
