A leading company in medical technology seeks a Key Opinion Leaders Specialist to manage influencer marketing campaigns on social media, primarily Instagram. Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, analyzing results, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the social media landscape in Indonesia.
Identify and reach out to suitable KOLs and influencers on Instagram
Coordinate influencer campaigns, including planning, briefing, and scheduling
Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met on time
Maintain and update a database of KOL contacts and performance records
Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Instagram trends and influencer marketing best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team to align KOL strategy with brand goals
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably focused on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, X
Strong understanding of the social media platform and KOL landscape in Indonesia
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
Proficient in negotiation and partnership management
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a passion for social media and branding
