Youtap Limited is on the lookout for very highly skilled, Senior Java Developers to join our innovative team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be leading and working on a variety of challenging projects within a dynamic environment, developing scalable and efficient software for our suite of applications. We are seeking the best in class Java Developers, you must be a Senior Developer with a minimum of 7 years experience. We are looking for two Developers to join over 100 engineers in our Indonesian Development Centre.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust applications using Java and related technologies.
• Create and maintain high-quality, modular, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with other applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug and profile performance issues in applications.
• Client and server-side development to ensure responsive applications.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development with proficiency in frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora or Microsoft Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
• Experience with Banking, Payments or ERP software development is a major plus.
• Experience with AI (CoPilot, OpenAI or AWS AI) is also beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
