Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced SOC specialist to join its cybersecurity team in Jakarta Selatan. You will escalate and manage high-impact incidents, drive end-to-end response, and optimize IBM QRadar SIEM to strengthen monitoring and detection capabilities.

This role requires hands-on experience in blue team operations, threat hunting, and collaboration within a virtual SOC, with a focus on reducing risk across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SOC/Blue Team with incident response exposure.
• Hands-on IBM QRadar SIEM for monitoring and detection engineering.
• Experience with threat intel platforms such as SOC Radar.
• Strong background in Microsoft O365 Email DLP.
• Solid SIEM tuning knowledge and MITRE ATT&CK awareness.
• Experience in virtual SOC environments handling critical incidents.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as escalation lead for high-impact cybersecurity incidents.
• Drive end-to-end incident response to ensure fast containment and recovery.
• Lead the optimization and effectiveness of IBM QRadar SIEM (mandatory).
• Leverage SOC Radar to strengthen threat intelligence and proactive defense.
• Oversee O365 Email DLP to protect sensitive data and reduce risks.
• Perform proactive threat hunting and continuously enhance detection capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams in a virtual SOC (vSOC) to deliver strong security outcomes.
