Contract Duration: 6–12 months

Lead QA efforts across agile teams for Contact Center solutions.
Estimate test efforts and plan resource allocation.
Create and review test plans, scenarios, and cases.
Distribute tasks to Test Analysts and monitor execution progress.
Manage test cycles, including defect tracking and reporting.
Ensure test deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.
ISTQB Certified Test Manager/Lead is a plus.
3+ years of experience as a Test Lead in the banking industry.
Hands-on experience with Contact Center solutions testing is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Jira, Agile delivery, Linux commands, SQL Server, MySQL.
Leadership, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English is a must.
