You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, and helping the team deliver with efficiency and focus.

Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear project scopes and deliverables
• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide transparent status updates to all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure all project activities comply with internal standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulations
• Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and workflows
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and post-implementation reviews to senior management

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a tech-driven or digital product environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and scale
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Confluence
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications are a strong plus
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is an advantage
