GoTo Group is seeking an Internal Audit Lead to steer risk-based audits across payment systems, controls, and technology-enabled processes. You will partner with process owners and tech teams to identify gaps, evaluate risk exposure, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen governance and resilience.

You will plan fieldwork, perform testing, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• 6-8 years of professional experience in internal audit, IT audit, operational audit, risk management, internal controls, or related assurance functions.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, payment processing, transaction flows, reconciliation, settlement, digital payments, fintech, or other technology-driven financial ecosystems.
• CISA certification is mandatory; familiarity with BI/data analytics is valued.

Aufgaben

• Lead risk-based audits across payment systems and related processes.
• Assess end-to-end processes for control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential fraud risks.
• Evaluate application and automated controls, system integrations, and data flows.
• Plan risk assessments, define scope and testing procedures, perform fieldwork and testing, document findings.
• Develop clear audit findings with root causes and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with process owners and stakeholders to validate findings and monitor remediation.
• Contribute to audit methodology, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
