Job description

The Senior IT Manager is responsible for supporting all functions related to Information Technology. This includes leading and managing the implementation of all IT initiatives to support the department's needs, including but not limited to Systems, Network management and security, Servers, and Infrastructure, maintaining and updating IT policies and procedures, creating IT training and working with the training staff, Risk Management, Incident Response/Recovery, and Compliance.

Senior Information Technology Manager Responsibilities:

Oversees IT security to prevent and respond to potential breaches or cybersecurity issues.

Manage and develop the Network team to ensure the stability and secure operation of functions that support all business areas.

Responsible for monitoring, reporting, and remediating network systems to ensure the highest performance and availability.

Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.

Designs, establishes, and maintains a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access.

Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.

Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software when necessary.

Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.

Generating performance reports for operating systems.

Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.

Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

Senior Information Technology Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

At least 5 Years of Working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services.

Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

Experience with database administration, Mysql, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon RDS.

Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interfaces, and IT security.

Management and leadership skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
