Job Description

• Provide reliable supporting applications for ALTO's critical applications.
• Help lead the delivery of project and BAU quality on time.
• Maintain the resilience of supporting applications' production environment to support business continuity.
• Follow standards and best practices for Product Redis and Kafka, and continuously improve them.
• Support the IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing proper infrastructure and operations.
• Ensure BAU and operational delivery based on current SLA, and collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS, Operations, and AppSup on day-to-day issues and problems.
• Help lead the determination of team goals, setup plans, and organize action plans for the team to achieve.
• Support other division activities when needed, based on service requests.
• Perform Redis and Kafka configuration changes as needed, according to business requirements.
• Ensure BAU and operational delivery based on current SLA.
• Support the IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing proper infrastructure and operations.
• Collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS, and Operations on day-to-day issues and problems.
• Conduct monthly reviews of the team's compliance with outlined procedures, rules, and policies.
• Ensure all access and changes in the production area use PAM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Infra or a similar position, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with Confluent Cloud and SaaS Redis is an advantage.
• Confluent Cloud or Redis certification is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
