Job summary

Jedi Solutions seeks a Senior Competency & Compliance Officer to strengthen IT governance, competency development, and policy compliance across the organization. You will oversee competency frameworks, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in governance processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in IT GRC or related fields, familiarity with ISO 27001/COBIT/ITIL, and strong communication with stakeholders to implement remediation actions and ongoing policy management.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in IT Governance, Compliance, Risk, Audit, or related functions.
• Background in Information Technology or related fields.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
• Experience in audit coordination, policy management, and compliance monitoring.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: English, Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT competency and certification programs.
• Monitor and improve compliance with IT policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and track remediation actions.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to identify competency gaps and development plans.
• Prepare governance, compliance, and competency reports for management.
