Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs related to mobile & web application functionality.
• Interview users to understand business processes and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Keep abreast of mobile & web technology trends, app design best practices, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with IT regarding system integration with other systems.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are documented and resolved.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in IT or digital projects from Insurance / Banking Industry.
