• Analyze and conduct a feasibility study of business needs.
• Measure cost and benefit pre- and post-technology development.
• Collaborate with users and internal IT to identify opportunities.

Job description

Analyze and conduct a feasibility study of business needs.

Measure the cost and benefit before and after the use and development of technology/systems.

Collaborate with business users and internal IT to identify problems/opportunities within the business.

Create a systematic plan with users for problems to be solved and/or solutions to be implemented.

Create functional requirements (input, process, and output) that meet business needs, for development by internal or external teams.

Oversee the system's viability during the planning, testing, and implementation stages.

Collaborate with business users and internal IT for system analysis and evaluation.

Review the implementation/utilization of IT products and services to achieve the previously calculated cost and benefit.

Manage projects' priority to remain in line with business strategy and objectives.

Collaborate with the System Analyst to ensure the built/developed system provides maximum benefit.

Collaborate with IT Operation and Support to evaluate the suitability/unsuitability of the cost and benefit between the plan and the actual result.

Ensure the project runs according to the planned scope, timeline, and resources.

Accountable to the IT Business Partner Manager.
