As a Senior IT Administrator at Quantios, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure services across our corporate estate. You will take ownership of critical areas including device lifecycle management, cloud systems, security tooling, network operations, and service reliability. You will mentor junior team members and ensure IT services are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee provisioning and lifecycle management of corporate IT devices and software, ensuring policy compliance.
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot core services including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ensure reliability and security of cloud and on-premise environments including VMs, data centres, and business applications.
- Implement and support advanced IT security controls such as firewalls, DLP, vulnerability scanning, SIEM, and antivirus platforms.
- Act as primary contact for MDR/SOC service teams and support incident response, threat analysis, and reporting activities.
- Maintain and improve identity, access, and endpoint management using tools like Intune, Autopilot, and Group Policy.
- Plan and execute patching and update strategies, backups, disaster recovery testing, and system performance tuning.
- Support IT compliance with ISO27001 standards, contributing to internal audits and documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior IT administrators, reviewing work and providing on-the-job coaching.
- Document technical processes, contribute to project plans, and support the delivery of IT improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate IT administration with exposure to complex infrastructure and security environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management.
- Proficiency with network administration, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and server management.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, AV, vulnerability scanners, DLP, and multi-factor authentication.
- Familiarity with ISO27001 standards, security controls, and audit readiness.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Microsoft or security certification (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, CompTIA Security+) is highly desirable.
