Responsibilities

• Identify Investment Opportunities: Research and explore potential investment opportunities with promising returns that align with the company's goals and financial strategies.
• Strategic Investment Planning: Evaluate and strategize opportunities for diversifying the business through strategic investments in new sectors or markets.
• Investment Project Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of potential investment projects, including legal and financial assessments, to ensure informed decision-making.
• Investment Reports: Prepare detailed investment reports, outlining the financial and legal status of prospective projects, to present to company stakeholders.
• Term Sheet Preparation: Create well-structured Term Sheets for investment projects, defining investment structures and company arrangements.
• Legal and Financial Due Diligence: Collaborate with legal and financial entities to perform due diligence for investment projects.
