Job summary

Wings Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to strengthen our growing team. You will conduct fieldwork, analyze data, and prepare reports that identify root causes and actionable improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, at least 5 years in audit (manufacturing preferred), and willingness to travel for business.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in Audit Manufacture preferred.
• Willing to travel for business purposes as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-audit and audit fieldwork according to established programs, procedures, and standards.
• Perform investigative and special audits in response to indications of fraud or management requests, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including findings, root causes, and recommendations for improvement, to management.
• Carry out follow-ups on audit findings and ensure the implementation of corrective actions by the relevant departments.
• Contribute to the development of the internal audit team through coaching, mentoring, and training for new auditors and related employees.
