Job summary

Wings Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP FI Consultant to translate business requirements into effective SAP FI solutions. You will configure, test, and maintain SAP FI modules to support core finance processes and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP FI experience, at least two full-cycle implementations, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. Greenfield SAP implementations are a plus, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FI experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Hands-on SAP FI configuration and finance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in greenfield SAP implementations is a plus.

Job Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure, implement, test, and maintain SAP FI modules to support business processes and system enhancements.
• Gather, evaluate, and document functional requirements while ensuring solutions meet both business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business users throughout project implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and user support for SAP FI-related issues and continuous system improvements.
• Conduct system testing, prepare documentation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Deliver user training, process guidance, and best practices to maximize SAP FI utilization across business functions.
• Support SAP implementation projects, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration, business process analysis, testing, and solution implementation.
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting business processes and SAP FI functionalities.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide functional consulting to business users.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in greenfield SAP implementation projects will be an advantage.
