Job summary

PT. Integritas Perkasa Konstruksi in West Jakarta is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to join our growing team.

You will conduct internal audits per the Annual Audit Plan, assess internal controls, prepare reports with findings and recommendations, follow up on actions, and support process improvements. Travel may be required, and immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as Internal Auditor or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Experience in dynamic environments; team leadership is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently or in team, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel for business when required
• Available to join ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit processes according to the Annual Audit Plan
• Assess effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Prepare audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations
• Follow up on audit results to ensure corrective actions
• Provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
• Collaborate with departments for special audit assignments
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and support management evaluations
