Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking an experienced Auditor to plan and execute external ISO audits, and to drive risk-based internal audits across property, retail, and hospitality domains. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple business units in Indonesia.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years in auditing, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel to all business units is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Auditor, preferably internal auditor in property/retail or KAP.
• Knowledge in Auditing, Risk Management, Tax, Accounting, ISO 9000:2015 and property/investment property/hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze data and summarize conclusions in each audit process.
• Steadiness, detail-oriented, honest, and willing to work hard.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Planning external ISO audit to ensure the suitability of the process to the ISO Procedures.
• Implement the annual audit plan, particularly in the area of audit operations, risk based approach to ensure the business operations run in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
• Develop a process audit reports periodically to ensure that the operational audit conducted in accordance with the annual audit plan and applicable standards.
• Conduct personnel audits, ISO audit, to comply with audit and improvement plan audit results.
• Ability in risk management & risk based internal audit (experience in conducting risk compliance audit is preferred).
