Senior Interior Project Manager (Factory and Design Team)

About the role

As a Senior Interior Project Manager at Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd, you will oversee the successful delivery of interior design projects. Based in our Sungai Buloh Selangor Carpentry Factory, you will manage all aspects of complex projects, from initial concept development to final installation. This full-time role offers the opportunity to collaborate with designers, architects, and construction professionals to create exceptional living and working spaces.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver interior design projects on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed design plans.
3. Manage procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
4. Oversee woodwork installation activities and liaise with contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
6. Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery, implementing contingency plans as needed.
7. Support the development of junior project managers through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

1. Proficiency in both Chinese and English for effective communication with clients.
2. 5+ years of experience in a senior interior design project management role, preferably in residential projects.
3. Strong technical skills in interior design, including space planning, material selection, and visualization.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools to plan, monitor, and report progress.
6. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
