Senior Interior Designer (Fit Out Office)

As an Interior Designer at Amerta Corona, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with industry experts, and make a lasting impact on the spaces where people work and thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Creating visually appealing designs and functional spaces, developing concepts, and overseeing the implementation of the final design.
  2. Design readiness on desired time.
  3. Lead Design Concept Development
    Create innovative, functional, and visually compelling office design concepts that reflect the client’s brand identity and culture.
    Ensure design aligns with business objectives, sustainability goals, and user experience.
  4. Strategic Space Planning
    Analyze client needs and translate them into effective space plans.
    Optimize layout for flow, collaboration, flexibility, and ergonomics.
  5. Client Communication & Relationship Management
    Serve as the main point of contact with clients throughout the design process.
    Present concepts, gather feedback, and provide professional design guidance.
    Supervise and mentor junior designers, drafters, and 3D artists.
    Oversee internal team tasks, ensuring design deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  6. Technical Oversight & Documentation
    Review and approve design drawings, material selections, and technical specifications.
    Ensure accuracy and constructability of design documents.
  7. Cross-Functional Coordination
    Collaborate with project managers, MEP consultants, and contractors during design development and execution.
    Ensure alignment between design intent and on-site implementation.
  8. Budget & Material Selection Management
    Propose materials and finishes that balance aesthetics, functionality, durability, and budget.
    Work within project constraints while maintaining design integrity.
  9. Site Supervision & Quality Control
    Conduct site visits to monitor implementation, address design deviations, and ensure quality.
    Provide creative solutions to on-site challenges.
  10. Stay Current with Trends & Innovations
    Research and apply the latest trends in office design, workplace strategy, furniture systems, and sustainability practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 10 years of working experience as an Office Interior Designer.
  2. Excellent in Office Technical Design and design concept.
  3. Excellent skills in using Sketchup, V-ray, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop.
  4. Excellent communication, personality, attitude, time management, and teamwork.
  5. Deep understanding of various material specifications and price ranges.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
