The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Interior Design, NCIDQ certification, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
• Create and develop interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and finish specifications.
• TMentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and plans to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through presentations, drawings, and written reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure that all design work meets the company's quality standards and design principles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading projects and managing client relationships.
• NCIDQ certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
