About the role

HDG Branding Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Design Project Manager to join our growing team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex interior design projects for our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects, from initial client briefing to final handover.
2. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
4. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and obtain approvals.
5. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
7. Support the continuous improvement of our interior design processes and methodologies.

What we're looking for

1. 15+ years of experience as an interior design project manager.
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial and/or residential interior design projects.
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
5. In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
6. Proficient in using CAD software, 3D modelling tools, and project management software.
7. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
