Job summary

HDG Branding Technology is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our South Jakarta-based team. This full-time role focuses on delivering innovative interior design solutions for diverse clients, from concept through documentation and implementation.

You will lead projects, mentor junior designers, collaborate with clients, and stay current with industry trends. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Vray, Illustrator, Photoshop is expected, along with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience as an interior designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Vray, and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AI 3D render.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team.
• Degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate into interior design solutions.
• Develop design concepts, including space planning, material selections, and 3D renderings.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

As a full-time Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions for our diverse range of clients based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our design portfolio within the dynamic interior design industry.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into innovative and functional interior design solutions

Develop comprehensive design concepts, including space planning, material selections, and 3D renderings

Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Manage the implementation of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform your design approach

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment

About you

5+ years of practical experience as an interior designer, preferably in a similar role within the interior design industry

Strong proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Vray, and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AI 3D render

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English, with the ability to present design concepts to clients

Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field (design proficient in Commercial, Office, Exhibition, Luxury Residential and Hospitality)
