About The Position

The Integration Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end B2B partner integration process for our SDK banking product. This role ensures alignment with SOPs, continuous improvement of SLA performance, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Integration: Manage multiple partner integrations, refine strategies to meet KPIs, coordinate meetings, collaborate with teams, create documentation, generate reports, and analyze performance.
  • External Collaboration: Support partners in translating use cases into technical processes, assist pre-integration activities, estimate complexity, ensure proper integration, maintain communication, conduct vulnerability assessments, and monitor post-go-live performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • 3-5 years experience in project or integration management roles.
  • Experience in digital banking, fintech, IT solutions, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data analysis skills to optimize strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with SaaS/APIs/SDKs integration (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with middleware or API gateways is a plus.
  • Ability to manage change and stakeholder alignment.
  • Analytical skills for performance evaluation.

Bonus Points:

  • Product/Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSPO, etc).
  • Experience with digital banking B2B partnerships.
