Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer position. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil infrastructure components within our projects. This includes ensuring that all engineering aspects adhere to quality, timeline, and budget requirements. You will collaborate with the engineering team to establish and implement robust quality control processes across all construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop comprehensive technical plans for infrastructure elements such as roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
2. Guarantee adherence to all relevant technical regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
3. Oversee project execution, including cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
4. Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
5. Contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems within the company.
6. Adhere to all company policies, directives, and leadership guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within the property development sector.
3. In-depth understanding of infrastructure planning, design, and construction processes.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and structural analysis tools.
5. Proven experience in designing complex infrastructure systems that combine multiple elements (e.g., roads, bus stops, bridges, underground tunnels, terminals).
6. Proven experience in successful mixed-use infrastructure projects.
