Job summary

PT Dana Consultants Indonesia is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to oversee monthly and annual tax compliance for multiple corporate clients. The role focuses on delivering precise tax filings, advisory services, and team supervision while leveraging Coretax DJP (e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and up-to-date Indonesian tax regulations.

You will lead a small taxation team, ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting, and facilitate audits for PMA and PMDN clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of taxation experience, preferably in tax consulting or accounting services.
• 1–2 years supervising or reviewing a tax team's work.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT.
• Proficient in Coretax DJP (e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and tax return submissions.
• Experience handling multiple corporate clients, particularly PMA and PMDN.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review monthly and annual tax compliance for multiple corporate clients.
• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns.
• Review and ensure accurate tax calculations, payments, and reporting."
• Manage tax reporting and administration through Coretax DJP, including e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• Handle tax reconciliations between accounting records, financial statements, and tax returns.
• Assist clients with tax audits.
• Monitor updates to Indonesian tax regulations and advise clients on compliance.
• Ensure all tax reporting deadlines are met with proper documentation.
