Responsibilities

  • Manage the Human Resources & Training Division, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement recruiting and screening systems to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with departments in recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and evaluation of personnel.
  • Oversee the training department to ensure activities meet hotel needs and training programs are effectively executed.
  • Supervise staff in work planning related to safety, hygiene, and harmonious work environment.

Job description

The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in Human Resources and Training activities. These include the administration of budgets, benefits, wages and salaries, labor and employee relations, and training. The role involves formulating and recommending policies, rules, procedures, and programs within the scope of the budget, with well-defined management norms to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Manager for hospitality brands in Bali.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
  • Ability to present to large groups and adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Strong background in General Affairs, Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Human Resources operations.
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesia's Manpower Regulations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
  • Proven track record in organization development and change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
