Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure the hiring of top talent.

Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to align with employment laws and communicate changes effectively.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, provide guidance to managers and employees, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Maintain accurate HR records, monitor attendance, manage HR systems, and prepare necessary HR correspondences such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary letters.
Liaise with government authorities as required for statutory and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and mentor HRA team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and development.
Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads by advising on workforce planning, team structuring, and employee-related matters.
Take ownership of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
Drive a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, employee motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations) to support HR strategies and enhance organizational efficiency.
Provide timely and accurate HR reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in HR audits by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness) and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR role, with proven ability to lead HR initiatives and support business strategy.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising or mentoring team members.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance, especially in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to support collaboration with department heads and drive HR initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations and multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Mandarin is an added advantage.
High proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office applications, and other HR-related software.
