A consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR consultant to provide strategic advisory services. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in leadership and project management roles, with a strong background in organizational restructuring. Provide strategic HR advisory and consultancy services to corporate clients across diverse industries.
Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of clients' existing organizational systems, structures, and HR processes.
Assist in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedures, and drafting other documentation as required.
Partner with client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organization development initiatives.
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Fluent proficiency in writing and spoken English, Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Leadership/Project Management positions in implementing organization restructuring, job analysis and evaluation, salary structure, and other related OD projects).
Strong presentation and project management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
