Syntek Energy & Control is seeking a senior leader to drive HSE and QA/QC across the organization in Jakarta. You will develop and implement comprehensive HSE and QMS policies, manage investigations, audits, and training, and lead cross-functional teams to improve operational safety and quality.

The role requires a strong track record in EPC/Construction, senior supervisory experience, and deep knowledge of HSE regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• AK3U KEMNAKER RI certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE.
• Minimum 3 years in EPC/Construction.
• Minimum 3 years in junior management/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of HSE laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Possess AK3 Electrical and TKBT2 certifications.
• Have ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of HSE and QMS policies and programs.
• Lead HSE and QA/QC teams and cross-functional teams; drive incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits of HSE and QMS.
• Conduct training related to HSE and QMS.
• Lead risk assessments and implement controls to reduce risk.
• Establish and maintain HSE and QA/QC standards and related procedures.
• Report to BOD.
