Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Indonesia, PT Prima Copper Industri, is seeking a Safety Supervisor to manage HSE and GA aspects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include organizing safety training, conducting inspections, and liaising with external vendors. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, with operational hours from Monday to Saturday.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Supervise and coordinate GA team activities.

Job description

· Setup and organize K3, Safety Training and Campaign

· Accident Investigation and reporting.

· Regularly conduct safety inspection, audit and evaluation controlling action.

· Organizing HSE files, records, systems and update information

· Updating the list of Safety related regulation to comply with government regulation and law

· Monitoring and educating Occupational Safety ( K3 ) to employee

· Manage and supervise 5R programs, TPS B3 and WWT Domestic

· Supervise and coordinate GA team activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and facility management

· Manage utility services, office supplies, company assets, and maintenance of company facilities and equipment

· Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective HSE & GA aspects

· Conduct Implementation of Contractor Safety Management System, including in field and administration

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree on Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety/or equivalent) from reputable university

· Min. 3 years experience in related field, preferably in manufacturing industry

· Proficient in Ms. Office

· Able to adapt in fast-paced and dynamic work environment

· Placement is in Tangerang

· Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-16:15 and Saturday 8:00-12:15
