A leading HR consulting firm in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced HRGA professional. Responsibilities include developing workplace policies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and fluent English skills. Additional language skills, especially Japanese, are a plus. This position offers a dynamic work environment and competitive salary.
Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law or a related field.
Having 2-3 years experience in HRGA
Fluent in English both Verbal and Written.
Experienced handling End to end recruitment process
Have deep knowledge about UU Cipta Kerja, Omnibus Law and its matters
Have experience in Industrial Relations and its matters.
Have knowledge about Tenaga Kerja Asing Regulation is a plus
Can speak Japanese or have experience in a Japanese company is a plus
Having HR Certificate is preferred
Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues, e.g., disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, and performance management.
Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits, and incentives, performance appraisal, and performance management
Monitoring A-Z Recruitment Process
Monitoring all the employee’s personal and confidential documents.
Monitoring Employee matters: Employee’s attendance, leave, permission, medical reason, overtime, allowance policy, and any related matters subjected to HR area.
