Job summary

Job description

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English both Verbal and Written.
  • Experienced handling End to end recruitment process.
  • Have deep knowledge about UU No 13 Tahun 2003, Omnibus Law and its matters.
  • Have experience in Industrial Relations and its matters.
  • Have knowledge about Tenaga Kerja Asing Regulation is a plus.
  • Can speak Japanese or have experience with Japanese company is a plus.
  • Having HR Certificate is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g., disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, and performance management.
  • Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits and incentives, performance appraisal, and performance management.
  • Monitoring A-Z Recruitment Process.
  • Monitoring all the employee’s personal and confidential documents.
  • Monitoring Employee matters: Employee’s attendance, leave, permission, medical reasons, overtime, allowance policy, and any related matters subjected to HR area.
  • Making Internal Memo.
