POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior HRBP partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring people strategies are aligned with organizational objectives. This role plays a critical part in driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning, while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business needs into HR initiatives and people solutions.

  • Provide consultation and guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Drive talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver holistic HR programs.

  • Analyze HR data and key people metrics to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend solutions to leadership.

  • Support change management initiatives and help build a high-performance, values-driven culture.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to HRBPs, HR officers, or junior HR professionals to build HR capability across the team.

  • Serve as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).


6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.


Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.


Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership.


Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to help head of HR drive business decisions.


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.
