A dynamic coffee company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Senior HRBP to provide strategic HR support. You will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, drive talent management initiatives, and handle complex employee relations issues. The Senior HRBP partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring people strategies are aligned with organizational objectives. This role plays a critical part in driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning, while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership.
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to help head of HR drive business decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.
