Marsh Asia in Jakarta seeks a Lead HR Manager to partner with business leaders, driving people and culture initiatives aligned to regional strategy. You will coach managers, shape organizational design and talent programs across Asia while collaborating with the Global HR COE.

This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly, strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to support a diverse workforce.

Formación

• 12+ years HR generalist/ business partnering experience.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with strong stakeholder management exposure in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR best practices in Indonesia (and broader Asia markets preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to coach People Managers through the employee life cycle and navigate ambiguity with multiple priorities.
• Experience in organizational design, change management and talent development programs.
• Able to work independently in a highly matrixed environment and collaborate with local and regional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business field, English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, advise and partner with the business and People Managers to drive HR initiatives.
• Design and implement people and culture initiatives aligned to priorities and regional objectives.
• Provide pragmatic HR business partnering on talent planning, succession, performance management and career development.
• Consult with People Partners to tailor local HR solutions and guide delivery of initiatives.
• Advise and support People Managers on employee engagement, relations and performance improvement processes.
• Understand plans for organizational change and lead consultations where necessary.
• Collaborate with HR COE and regional teams to translate priorities into local execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR programs and deliver timely HR metrics and insights.
