OTO.com operates across Indonesia, focusing on new car dealerships and expanding into used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

Role Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Officer to support the smooth running of OTO by CarDekho SEA. You will handle daily administrative tasks such as payroll input, BPJS administration, and other HR-related duties in a fast-growing environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR operations experience seeking broader exposure and growth in HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration – Collect, validate, and input payroll data, reconcile results, and ensure timely payslip distribution.
  • BPJS & Compliance – Manage enrollments, terminations, salary updates, and reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • HR Data Management – Maintain accurate employee records and digital personnel files, ensuring data integrity for audits.
  • Ad-hoc HR Support – Prepare employment letters, coordinate benefits, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, confidential, and service-minded.
  • Proficient in professional English for internal communication.
