We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist or HR Supervisor with expertise in HR administration, recruitment, and fluency in Mandarin Chinese. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and fostering an inclusive workplace aligned with equal opportunity principles.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and align hiring strategies.
Maintain talent pipelines and build relationships with recruitment agencies (local and international).
HR Administration
Oversee payroll, attendance, benefits administration, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (e.g., BPJS, employment contracts).
Update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and best practices.
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Promote employee engagement through initiatives like surveys, training, and team-building activities.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to anti-discrimination laws, equal opportunity practices, and workplace safety standards.
Prepare reports for management on HR metrics (attrition, recruitment efficiency, etc.).
Supervisory Duties (for HR Supervisor Level)
Lead and mentor junior HR staff.
Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Senior HR Generalist: 5+ years in HR roles with recruitment and admin experience.
HR Supervisor: 7+ years, including team leadership.
Language: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written/spoken) and Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS requirements.
HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience in multinational companies or manufacturing sectors.
