We’re looking for a Senior HR & Administration Manager to join our Account Operations team in the Regional Talent Solutions business to help grow our team across Asia. The mission of this role is to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with labor laws, and adherence to company policies while managing office resources, facilities, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. You will play a key role in developing policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a structured and organized workplace aligned with our company’s mission.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • HRMS Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accurate and complete employee data in the HRMS system, including key employment details and documentation
  • Issue Resolution: Support team members in resolving HR and administrative issues efficiently, monitoring resolution rates, and improving workflows
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Processes: Oversee seamless onboarding within X days for up to Y employees, ensuring smooth transitions and tracking manpower movement, time-off, and attendance records
  • Legal Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and manage legal records, such as offer letters and employment agreements, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
  • Language Proficiency: Fully fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Communication: Solid English communication with regional teams and partners across Asia, and problem‑solving skills;
  • Interpersonal Skills: High integrity, strong affinity with people, and excellent relationship management skills
  • Proactive & Goal‑Oriented: A self‑starter with a strong sense of responsibility, service‑oriented mindset, goal‑driven approach, and the ability to work under pressure
