Senior Higher Education Sales Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Education Consultant to drive growth within Indonesia's dynamic Higher Education sector. This role is central to building and nurturing long-term, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, starting at the Rector level and expanding throughout university leadership.

You are a persistent and determined relationship-builder, capable of engaging with senior academics and management to understand their strategic challenges and provide valuable solutions. This is a high-autonomy role perfect for a self-starter who excels in a consultative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to build a robust network with Rectors, Vice-Rectors, and senior management across Indonesian universities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique goals and challenges of each institution.
  • Nurture relationships at all levels to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Work autonomously to plan and manage your pipeline and engagement activities effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Approximately 10 years of proven experience in a consulting, business development, or senior advisory role within the Higher Education sector.
  • An established network with Rectors and senior leadership in Indonesian universities is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop trust.
  • A persistent, determined, and self-motivated mindset, capable of working independently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational abilities.
