Job summary

Amplify Health in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex HealthTech and InsurTech implementations across Indonesia. This hands‑on leadership role sits at the heart of client delivery, owning end‑to‑end project execution while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

7–10 years of project management experience delivering complex technology or digital initiatives.
Experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

End-to-end project planning and execution with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
On-site client management and relationship building with senior stakeholders.
Risk, quality and governance management with regular status updates and RAID logs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive adoption of best practices.
