Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Data Scientist specializing in CRM programs to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will use advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to improve growth strategies and improve our customer relationship management programs. Reporting to the Manager, you will be based in our Jakarta Office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve CRM programs and marketing campaigns
• Build predictive models to forecast customer behavior and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze customer lifecycle data to obtain applicable insights and improve customer segmentation
• Collaborate with teams to translate complex analytical findings into clear, applicable recommendations
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate main performance metrics and trends
• Automate data processes to enhance efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on growth analytics and CRM
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques
• Expert-level programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
• Track record in designing and implementing A/B tests and experiments
• In-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle analysis and growth marketing strategies
