BukuWarung is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who goes beyond execution, owning projects end-to-end and guiding junior designers to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape visual storytelling and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

The role requires strong ideation, visual leadership, and hands-on design excellence with a portfolio that reflects brand and campaign work in a fast-paced fintech startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency, startup, or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand and campaign work, and high-quality visual execution.
• Solid foundation in layout, typography, color theory and branding systems.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas and business goals into clear visual solutions.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
