Job summary

BJAK is seeking a senior visual designer to craft high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and product communications. You will translate briefs into bold, on-brand visuals, collaborating with content and performance teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

You will mentor junior designers and help grow the team while maintaining top design quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

5–8 years of graphic design, motion design, or creative content experience.
Strong portfolio showing storytelling and design leadership.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

Create high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads, and short-form motion content.
Translate briefs into bold, on-brand visuals with conversion focus.
Collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Adapt visuals based on performance insights and feedback.
Maintain design quality and consistency across brand touchpoints.
Support product marketing with clear, compelling visual communication.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
